The Player Auction of the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL) will be held on Tuesday (Dec 19) in Dubai, UAE.
Several prominent Sri Lankan cricketers, including Wanindu Hasaranga and Dilshan Madushanka, will be under the hammer.
A total of eight (08) Sri Lankan players are included in the IPL roster, including Kusal Mendis, Dushmantha Chameera, Dasun Shanaka, Charith Asalanka, Lahiru Kumara, and Nuwan Thushara.
Indian star spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has predicted that Sri Lankan spinner Wanindu Hasaranga will be auctioned for around 10-14 crores INR.
Meanwhile, Indian Commentator Aakash Chopra believes Sri Lankan fast bowler Dilshan Madushanka will be sold for a high price. (NewsWire)
