Sri Lankan artist Iraj Weeraratne has resigned from the National Youth Services Council.
Weeraratne was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Council with effect from 18th August 2020 for a period of 3 years.
He announced his resignation in a letter addressed to Minsiter of Youth Affairs Namal Rajapaksa.
Iraj Weeraratne said he has decided to resign from his post due to unavoidable prior work commitments. (NewsWire)
