A brawl that broke out at the Maharagama Urban Council (UC) yesterday has been revealed to have taken place allegedly over an act of ‘indecent exposure’ committed by the male UC members a few weeks ago at the council.
According to News First, the act of indecent exposure has been reportedly filmed by a female UC member.
The brawl had taken place when the matter was discussed at the General Assembly of the Maharagama Urban Council held yesterday. (NewsWire)
