A man accused to have allegedly scolded Minister Tiran Alles has been arrested, The Lankadeepa reports.
As per the report, the incident has taken place on Thursday (3) at a private hospital in Colombo 5 where the Minister had come to take medication.
Upon seeing the Minister, the said suspect has started scolding him, the Police said.
After the security officers present at the location complained to the Narahenpita Police station regarding the incident, a police team had visited the premises and arrested the suspect.
The suspect is a resident of Andarawatta area in Colombo 5. Narahenpita Police are conducting further investigations. (NewsWire)
