Trade Minister Bandula Gunawardana has posted a Facebook post explaining how he may have contracted Covid-19.
The Minister says that he had been moving about with many covid 19 patients before and was able to stay healthy and not contract the virus as he was strictly wearing the face mask at all times.
He went on to say that he removed the face mask only while traveling in the vehicle and believes that he could have contracted the virus from a driver. Therefore he urges the public to be more cautious and not to remove the masks at any given time.
Minister also said that he is currently working from home. (NewsWire)
