Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa has recommended names to appoint a new cricket committee for Sri Lanka Cricket.
“I have recommended names to appoint to the new cricket committee of the Sri Lanka Cricket. This committee will monitor the progress of players & coaches ensuring that the objectives agreed upon by the Sports Minjstry & the Sri Lanka Cricket are fully enforced” Minister Rajapaksa tweeted.
Speaking to NewsWire, Sports Minister said that former cricketers and corporate leaders are expected to be part of the committe which will be appointed next week.
