The official exchange rates of foreign currencies for today have been issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).
As per the rates, the buying rate of a US Dollar is 249.96, while the selling rate is Rs. 259.99.
However, it has been reported that several private banks in the country are selling a US Dollar at Rs. 265 today.
Meanwhile, the selling rate of the Australian Dollar stands at Rs. 190.63, Canadian Dollar at Rs. 205.30, and Sterling Pound at Rs.340.20. (NewsWire)
