Leader of the Opposition Sajith Pramadasa attended a review meeting held at the Ministry of Justice today to discuss matters related to the X-Press Pearl fire.
Premadasa participated in this meeting by accepting an invitation extended, during a Parliamentary Debate the other day, by Minister Rohitha Abeygunawardena for him to participate in this discussion.
“On the invitation of the Govt, Leader of the Opposition participated today at the weekly meeting conducted by the Ministry of Justice on the XPressPearl Marine disaster. They were briefed on the steps taken by each committee and the Govt during the last 6 weeks” State Fisheries Minister Kanchana Wijesekara said.
