President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has replied to the letter sent by Former Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera questioning the legality of spending Goverment funds after April 30th.
Secretary to the President PB Jayasundara, in reply to former finance minister Mangala Samaraweera, says President has the legal authority to spend money for 3 months after a new Parliament is established.
