Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has thanked his brother and President of Sri Lanka Gotabaya Rajapaksa for being a constant strength.
The Prime Minister made the statement responding to the birthday wish extended to him by his brother.
Commemorating the Prime Minister’s birthday, which is celebrated today, the President said he was fortunate to have been mentored by him.
“I am very fortunate to have been mentored by a person with such greatness in my personal as well as political life. Your Excellency, my dear brother, who left an indelible mark on Sri Lankan politics, I’m wishing you a happy birthday!,” the President tweeted.
Responding to the President’s wishes, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa thanked his brother for being a constant strength.
