A proposal is to be submitted to Parliament to subject all Sri Lankans above the age of 18 for Military training.
Minister of Public Security Rear Admiral Sarath Weerasekara said he intends to submit the proposal to Parliament.
He said a proposal will be made to enforce Military training for the youth of Sri Lanka, for the benefit of the country.
The Minister further said it is aimed at creating leadership skills, among other good qualities. (NewsWire)
