Legendary Indian actors Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth are to reunite for an upcoming movie after 33 years.
It is reported that Amitabh Bachchan has officially joined the cast of Rajinikanth’s upcoming film ‘Thalaivar 170′.
“After 33 years, I am working again with my mentor, the phenomenon, Shri Amitabh Bachchan in the upcoming Lyca’s “Thalaivar 170” directed by T.J Gnanavel. My heart is thumping with joy!” Rajinikanth announced, taking to ‘X’.
‘Thalaivar 170’ is Rajinikanth’s 170th film in the lead role and will showcase one of the most awaited reunions of Indian Cinema.
It is produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under Lyca Productions. The film will have music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography handled by S. R. Kathir and editing by Philomin Raj.
The film stars Rajinikanth, alongside an ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh and Dushara Vijayan. (NewsWire)
