Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has granted official contracts to 24 cricketers.
The contracts have been given to cricketers under the A1,2,3, B 1,2,3, C1,2,3, and D1,2,3 categories.
The SLC said contracts will also be issued under the domestic development and Incremental categories.
Players who have been issued contracts have been provided a deadline till 3rd of June to sign their relevant contracts.
However, several senior players have reportedly objected to the new contracts, claiming that payments have been cut down. (NewsWire)
