Sri Lanka Transport Board has installed a Passenger disinfect system in a bus for the first time.
A passenger who enters the bus will be automatically disinfected in the Footboard cabin. Its designers say that it can prevent the spread of germs from passenger to passenger in the bus.
They say the cost was around Rs. 10,000 and they hope to add this system to all buses.
