A special inquiry has been launched after a hand grenade was recovered at a private hospital in Narahenpita, Colombo today.
The Police said the hand grenade was retrieved from a toilet on the first floor of the hospital.
They added that the Narahenpita Police is conducting further investigations into the incident.
Meanwhile, according to reports, security has been beefed up in and around the hospital. (NewsWire)
