Sri Lanka to close airport for arrivals for 10 days

All passenger arrivals will be prohibited in Sri Lanka from the 21st to the 31st of May.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL) said flight arrivals will be suspended from 11.59 pm on 21st May to 11.59 pm on 31st May.

Chairman of the CAASL Upul Dharmadasa said the decision has been taken in view of the existing coronavirus situation in Sri Lanka.

He added that, however, passengers will be permitted to leave Sri Lanka during this period. (NewsWire)
