Sri Lanka Foreign Minister Dinesh Gunawardane told reporters that Sri Lanka is happy that The UN Core Group resolution failed to secure a majority at the United Nations Human Rights Council Session today.
“This is a very happy moment for us, resolution did not get the majority: 25 countries out of 47 didn’t support the resolution” Foreign Minister said.
