The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated against the US Dollar today (Jan 22) compared to last Friday, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka reported.
The buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 315.92 to Rs. 315.50, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 326.06 to Rs. 325.37.
The Rupee has largely appreciated against a basket of foreign currencies, including Gulf currencies. (NewsWire)
