Trainocate and BCAS Campus have joined forces in a significant partnership

With a focus on enhancing professional development and integrating Microsoft Fundamental Programs into the university curriculum, this collaboration seeks to bridge the gap between industry and academia.

Trainocate, a leader in corporate upskilling with expertise in various global vendor programs, recognized the need for IT professionals who can meet industry demands. Partnering with BCAS Campus, they’ve prioritized the integration of Microsoft Fundamental Programs, a move applauded by BCAS Campus for its potential to reshape learning and meet evolving industry needs.

To mark this partnership, a press conference was held on March 14, 2024, unveiling innovative programs resulting from the collaboration, notably the integration of Microsoft Fundamental Programs into the curriculum.

Mr. Rajitha Ranaweera, Chief Operating Officer of BCAS Campus, commended this strategic initiative for its potential to significantly reshape learning paradigms and effectively address the dynamic demands of the evolving industry. He highlighted the benefits BCAS students will gain through this partnership, including access to technical skills and certifications, thereby enhancing their competitiveness in the job market.

As a result of this partnership, BCAS Campus will incorporate Microsoft Fundamental courses into its curriculum, including Azure Fundamentals, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Fundamentals of AI, and Biz Apps, ensuring students graduate with both academic qualifications and professional certifications.

Mr. Zafarullah Hashim, Managing Director of Trainocate SEANM & MEA, emphasized the significance of this integration in bridging the industry-academia gap and combating brain drain, highlighting the initiative’s aim to equip students with cutting-edge skills and certifications to make them industry-ready upon graduation.
