The Port of Trincomalee will carry out its first export shipment after a period of 30 years, today, the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) announced.
The SLPA said that the first export shipment from the Trincomalee Port consists of Ilmenite, a titanium-iron oxide mineral.
The shipment is scheduled to be exported to China, the Sri Lanka Ports Authority added. (NewsWire)
