Twenty-nine areas in 08 Districts are currently placed under isolation due to a spike in COVID-19 cases in Sri Lanka.
According to the Government, 04 areas each in the Kurunegala Kalutara, Gampaha, and Moneragala Districts have been isolated.
Seven areas in the Trincomalee District and three areas in the Matale District have also been placed under isolation.
Meanwhile, two areas in the Galle District and one area in the Pollonaruwa District have also been isolated. (NewsWire)
