Upul Tharanga among several new faces joining Sri Lanka Legends

Former Sri Lanka cricketer Upul Tharanga has joined the Sri Lanka Legends team in the Road Safety World Series 2021.

Tharanga announced his retirement from international cricket yesterday.

The Sri Lanka Legends will be participating in the Road Safety World Series T20 cricket tournament in Raipur, India next week.

Former Sri Lanka cricketers Sanath Jayasuriya, Thilakaratne Dilshan, and Russel Arnold are among members of the team.

Several new players, such as Dhammika Prasad, Nuwan Kulasekara, and Chamara Silva are also expected to feature in the squad. (NewsWire)
