The Education Ministry has decided to reopen 1031 schools in the Gampaha and Kalutara districts from 15th February, 2021.
The Ministry said 589 schools out of 590 in the Gampaha district, and 442 schools out of 446 in the Kalutra district will be reopened.
The Education Ministry said, however, a decision with regard to reopening schools in the Colombo district will be announced this week. (NewsWire)
