Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has issued a recorded video message giving Sri Lanka’s warmest wishes for China on the eve of Chinese New Year .
“We highly appreciate Hon. PM @PresRajapaksa recorded #Srilanka’s warmest wishes on the eve of #ChineseNewYear . This strong and friendly message has been telecast to the 1.4 billion Chinese people.” Chinese embassy in Colombo said in a tweet.
