Video footage of a Police officer fighting with an individual has gone viral on social media.
The video shows the Police officer, who is assumed to have been on traffic duty, fighting with a man in the middle of the road.
“We have launched an investigation into an incident where a Police Constable attached to Maharagama Police assaulted a lorry driver” Police Spokesperson said.
