Sports Minister Namal Rajapaksa has called on the public to refrain from sharing comments on social media that could mentally hurt sports personalities.
Minister Rajapaksa said as the National cricket team is engaged in the tour to the West Indies, the public must refrain from making hurtful and unpleasant comments over the loss of games.
Speaking to reporters during an inspection tour in Galle, Minister Namal Rajapaksa requested the public and cricket enthusiasts to provide a fair period of time to allow the Cricket Committee to rebuild the sport. (NewsWire)
