Sri Lankan sprinter Yupun Abeykoon has set a new record at the International Athletics Meeting Anhalt 2022 in Germany.
Yupun Abeykoon broke the 100m South Asia record clocking 10.06 (-0.2), a new record for Sri Lanka as well.
He beat Ferdinand Omanyala who was known as the all-time 8th fastest man in the world so far in 2022 in the 100m.
